Wonder Woman was released on March 3, 2009, and is a loose adaptation of George Pérez' reboot of the character Wonder Woman, specifically the "Gods and Mortals" arc that started the character's second volume in 1987.
It is the fourth in the line of DC Universe Animated Original Movies to be released, the previous being Batman: Gotham Knight, and the next being Green Lantern: First Flight.
